January 2011 Don, I just wanted to thank you for all of your help even after settlement at 607 S Rose. Alex has been wonderful in helping me get the washing machine working. February 2011 Hi Don, I just wanted to say thank you again-- we love the house and are so excited that we finally get to live in it! It has been so fun to unpack and fill our huge new space--cable is hooked up, phone guys are coming today, everything is great. I just wanted to check in on 2 things-- the carpet at the bottom of the 2nd floor stairs-- do you know when someone would be able to swing by and staple it? Also the vanity on the 3rd floor is still missing a knob-- I mentioned it at the home inspection and alex said he had it. I'm happy to put it in, I just need the knob. Again, I know this was a long and at times challenging process but we are truly thrilled with the house and I couldnt imagine a more perfect first home for Adrian and I. Thank you!!!! Katie
